1 year warranty
&DIAMONDS watches are customized by watchmakers with the highest quality control standards. All watches used for customization are original, brand new watches. The customization on any watch invalidates the official brand manufacturer’s warranty. We therefore transfer the original brand manufacturer’s Guarantee/Warranty to &DIAMONDS for 1 year.
Labour And Parts Guarantee
The guarantee is a “labour and parts guarantee” which covers every manufacturing fault. This will be authorized by our independent service center after examining the watch. However, it rules out damages caused by fair wear and tear, theft, damage caused by shock, inappropriate use or natural disasters and immaterial damage.
Our warranty doesn’t cover batteries that wear down after normal use. We offer an out-of-warranty battery service for a fee. If your battery has worn down from normal use, we are able to service your device for a fee. The precious stone setting is also guaranteed for 1 year.
Have you activated your warranty?
The watch guarantee will only be effective when the watch has been registered on the &DIAMONDS website and is valid for 1 year from the purchase date(not the registration date). Once the watch has been registered on &DIAMONDS you will receive a Certificate of Authenticity.
Forged or distorted Certificates of Authenticity will not be accepted and will invalidate the terms of the guarantee.
